Rates for distances requiring more than a single day of cruising
are available on request.
Return Service from overnight charters is provided at a 25%
discount.
An “Overnight Dockage” surcharge of $125 per night
will be assessed accordingly.
A “Port Hold” charge of $350 will be assessed for
each day the vessel is held at berth, moored or at anchor at the customer’s request. Actual dockage
charges will be passed to the customer and the “Overnight Dockage” surcharge will be waived.
A fuel surcharge of 10% of the total hourly charge may be assessed on charters passing to the West of Manhasset Bay or East
of Milford.
Charters are limited to six passengers regardless of age.
All charters include limited amounts of bottled water, ice and soft drinks
Full
day charters (7 hr.) include snacks & a light deli lunch.
Any charters longer than a day require the guest to secure
on-shore, overnight accommodations.
A Booking Deposit of 20% of the estimated charges will apply
and is non-refundable on a notice of cancellation of less than 24 hrs; but may be applied to a future date during the same
year.
The Captain is in charge of the vessel and passengers at all
times that passengers are aboard, whether the vessel is berthed, anchored or aweigh. The decision to cancel
departure or return to port at any time because of weather or any condition affecting the operation of the vessel or the safety
of the passengers is the Captain’s alone. Once the vessel has departed the initial port, no refunds
will be given for any reason except for an extended delay associated with major mechanical malfunction or hull integrity
and repair, which renders the boat inoperable and unable to be towed.
Refunds will not be given for weather delays once the vessel has departed. The cost for overnight, passenger
accommodations due to weather related delays is the responsibility of the passengers.
Alcoholic beverages may be brought on board provided their consumption is in accordance with the law and within the bounds
of proper decorum. The Captain of this vessel is a licensed officer of the US Merchant Marine.
Under that authority, illegal substances will not be tolerated and appropriate law enforcement authorities, including
the US Coast Guard, will be notified if their presence on the vessel is suspected.
